You can cancel up to 7 days prior to your reservation date, after that time you will be charged for the entire amount of the rental.

Yes, we do! We offer deliveries down to Parker, all the way up to Pirate’s Cove. Please note that all delivery reservations must be made by phone. Online reservations are available for our Havasu location only.

Your reservation fee is NOT the security deposit, it is simply a fee to hold the reservation without having to pay in full and is not applied to the boat rental.

Then the $25 reservation fee would be waived.

Half day rental is 4 hours. Full day rental is 8 hours as long as you arrive to pick up 8 hours prior to our final pick up time ie: 5pm pick up would mean a 9am launching. Final pick up times will vary based upon the time of year. Any rental that is picked up after 11am will be assigned a return time based on preexisting pick ups.

No, that’s the best part! We are located at the Jet Ski launch ramp at Windsor State Beach and not only launch you but clean the boat as well! All you do is have fun!

We provide a standard cleaning after each use to ensure the boat is in good condition for the next guest.

However, if the boat is returned with excessive trash, spills, or bodily fluids, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests.

The legal maximum capacity on our largest rental boat (Tri-toon) is 12 people, this is set forth by the Coast Guard for rental boats. Please refer to your reservation for the maximum capacity of your rental. Please note that the maximum capacity also includes when the boat is moored, exceeding the maximum capacity will result in a forfeiture of deposit.

The office opens at 8:30am, we begin launching at that time.

The captain of the boat must be at least 21 years of age and show proof with a valid driver’s license at the time of boat rental.

You are launched with a full tank of gas, you are RESPONSIBLE for refueling at the end of your rental period AS WELL AS while you are enjoying the vessel. Just like a car, the full tank is not guaranteed to get you thru a full day, fuel usage is dependent on weight, weather conditions and of course…how far you decide to go.

I’m glad you asked =) We allow our boats to go as far South as the Parker Dam and as far North as Pirates Cove, anything beyond that will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Most Credit card deposits typically take 2–3 business days to clear. Debit card deposits may take 5–7 business days (or longer), depending on your issuing bank. These timeframes are controlled by your banking institution, not Wet Monkey Powersports, and may vary from bank to bank.
